Each 6-month cohort is designed to help leaders like you improve your church’s health and community engagement while inspiring others.
Members of the cohort will gain access to tools and insights that empower you to lead through change with confidence. Together we’ll identify your challenges and priorities, discover your church’s unique identity while walking you through establishing a new vision of the future that’s clear, culture-shaping, and impactful.
The right words matter and what’s often missing in a good plan is how to communicate it in a way that’s clear and builds excitement around it – that’s where our team can help.
Each monthly group call is led by our team of consultants, Tyler Harden and Tammy Burdick. Tyler is a Certified Revitalization Consultant and veteran marketer. Tammy, also a career marketer and church consultant thrives in helping church leaders leverage research to discover and serve their community.
You’ll be challenged to do hard things, while also being refreshed by understanding how your unique giftings will propel your towards future growth and ministry.

Do you have scholarships available?
To give you budgeting flexiblity, the cohort can be paid for in six installments of $285/mo or as a one-time payment of $1,500. Have a special payment request? Email us.
When does the cohort start?
The Church Revitalization Cohort begins January 7, 2025 and meets monthly for six month.s
Can my team join?
Yes, each church can have two representatives participate in the group coaching calls. You may invite additional team members to your bonus one-on-one consultation.
What if I miss a session?
There are no makeup sessions. If you are unable to attend a live group coaching call, you will still receive the relevant resources and assignments for that call.
What makes your approach unique?
We are church consultants with a marketing and communications twist.
If your church is healthy but nobody knows about you, you need great marketing. Likewise, if your church is struggling to survive and doesn’t know how to effectively minister to the community, that’s a problem that great marketing alone can’t solve. Most consultants give you one or the other.
We don’t think you should have to choose.
